ALL UNITS ARE NON-SMOKING!

• CHECK-IN after 3:00 p.m. Balance due in full upon check-in. We accept personal checks, cash or traveler's checks.
  MasterCard or Visa required as damage deposit upon check-in.
• CHECK-OUT at 8:00 a.m. in summer and 9 a.m. in spring/fall.

• Extra persons are $25.00 daily and $100.00 weekly per person.
• Visiting guests are asked to register in the office upon arrival..

• Firewood is available at a cost.
• Motor Rentals: 8hp outboard motors are available for $45.00/day (2 day minimum). This includes 3 gallons of gas and oil. Weekly motor rentals are $150.00/week.
• Pontoon boat rentals are available for $800 per week or $175 per day and includes 12 gallons of gas.
• Life jackets are available at no charge.

• All homes are non-smoking.
• One king, one queen, and two twins, A/C, coin-op washer/dryer in each townhome.
• Two queen beds and two twin beds in each three-bedroom home.
• One queen and two twin beds in each two-bedroom home.
• Most have queen-size sofa beds.

• Linens, pillows, & blankets are provided. Towel sets are $7.00. Paper products are not included.
• 14' aluminum boat or one docking space for your own boat is provided. (Dockage is based on availability or size of boat.) Life jackets and cushions are available and are required for boating.
• Microwave ovens and coffee makers are furnished in fully equipped kitchens.
• Cable TV.
• Wireless Internet.
• Homes have full baths with shower and tub.

• Bath, beach or kitchen towels
• Daily housekeeping
• Consumables like toiletries, paper products, garbage bags, coffee, charcoal, etc.

• Weekly Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday.
   
• 25% deposit must be received within 7 days of reservation placement. No refunds for early departures. No deposits returned.
   
• We reserve the right to place weekend guests into another cottage to accommodate our week-long guests.
   
• We accept cash, personal checks and traveler's check.
   

• Reservation deposit will be refunded only if a cancellation is filled.
